Dalton - Asufa Coast to Coast Schaumwein A very successful wineAsufa Coast to Coast is a cuve of 85% Zinfandel, 10% Shiraz and 5% Petite Sirah. Coast to Coast is a spicy wine with bold aromas of currants, berries and plums garnished with cinnamon cloves and vanilla from the barrel. The wine is medium bodied with sweet fruits and gentle tannins. The wine matured in new American barrels for a total of 12 months.
